I feel so much pressure to give a 5 star review!! Ahh!! Well let me say, 4 is still pretty good. I do like this and I would repurchase it. The golden ratings are what made me try this out. And I'm glad I did.

Only I can't really give it a 5...I'm really tough to please like that. I could always use some help in the eye department since I have circles and always look tired. I feel like it helps hydrate and I've been using it when I do my makeup figuring why not? But I can't say I see a tremendous difference like others have. On E.l.f.'s page it says to dot this and the concealer together but I can't often use liquid concealer or foundations since I'm allergic to the base (usually certain silicones) so I put this on first and then use stick concealers and finish with powder foundations. I don't know if that matters though. I still have a little creasing like the same amount I did before. I also feel that when I've used a tiny bit of vaseline or products like Benefit's Fake Up, I also get a glowy awake look but vaseline can be slippery and Benefit is expensive (I only have a free sample). So I definitely agree this has a place. I like it a lot, it just isn't a holy grail for me.

I really like the sleek packaging, the pump and the price as well. You can't see inside but the site says it's 10g so that's pretty awesome. I will stock up next time I order.

Hands down one of the best products on the market. The fact that this little gem is only $3 is unbelievable. Id pay quadruple, if not more. It does exactly what it says: It hydrates, and it primes. I am going on 47 years old, and I swear to you, I look years younger using this stuff, because it not only keeps my concealer from settling into my fine lines, it actually minimizes the look of those lines, giving me the appearance of much younger skin.

My undereye area is also pretty sensitive I had some sort of allergy earlier this year that caused eczema under my eyes; I needed a steroid to get rid of it, and I had to stop using certain mascaras and eye creams but this undereye primer hasnt caused any problems whatsoever. Not even milia! I just bought a backup and will probably get a few more, because I never want to be without it.

Of all the reviews I have written on MUA, this one is probably the most glowing. I promise you it is all true. Try it for yourself. The worst that will happen will be youll be out 3 bucks. The best that could happen is, well... everything you just read!

This is such an amazing product! It makes my undereye circles decrease in puff, feel hydrated and since the product has a slight pink tinge it does a tiny bit of color correcting. Using it in conjunction with my ELF concealer (Apricot Beige) and ELF Tone Correcting Powder (Yellow from the Cool palette) makes my dark circles disappear. 100% a must have, especially as a makeup artist. The pump also makes it very sanitary and easy to use.

I loooove this stuff it's so creamy and smooth and hydrating and it even has a little cool tingle very very light but I think that helps with puffyness and my eyes feel so hydrated and concealer looks way better and my eyes look a little less dark too

I am a bit of a make-up snob and in the last few months I have been trying drug store brands. I used to use only HE skincare and make-up, but read about this primer and decided to try it. Wow, wow, wow. I am amazed how well this performs under my concealer. My concealer goes on so nicely and stays all day without looking cakey or oxidizing. I love this a lot and will not be without it. For $3.00, this is a steal!!

Amazing. I agree with the previous reviewers. No matter what I did concealer always looked dry. This is so amazing, emollient but not greasy. I can apply any concealer over this AND set it with powder and it is absolutely flawless all day, no more dry, old-looking eyes. Perfect!

This has a duo-function to me - 1) As it is, a under eye primer, 2) Face primer. YES, a FACE primer. I found that other ordinary face primers that i've tried - eg. porefessional by benefit and babyskin by maybelline, it still does not hydrate and conceal those dry areas around my zits from my foundation. So, I was thinking about this under eye primer, since the consistency is very creamy and thick but it is at the same time very very very very hydrating and moisturizing. I used it on my bare face and low and behold (!!!) the dry patches were GONE. Yup, after all those expensive highend / drugstore primers, this $3 under eye primer practically saved my life.

This does contain 10g of product so it's about half a regular face primer, but it is a lot for an under eye primer since a little does go a very long way. For under eyes, i use a pea size and for my whole face i use 3/4 of a pump. If u plan to use this for just eyes, it'll last you for a very long time, trust me. It's been over a month and a half since i used this for my whole face and it's still going strong.

Hands down one of my favorite E.L.F. products! I purchased this after receiving (and loving) a sample of a similar product by Smashbox, and I can honestly say that this product worked just as well and at a tenth of the cost of the high-end version.
The packaging is sleek and convenient. I love the hygenic pump feature; it feels sturdy, and it's easy to control how much product comes out. The product has a creamy, non-greasy feel and blends nicely, leaving a smooth base for my concealer. It doesn't irritate my skin or eyes, and it does help to minimize creasing and maximize the staying power of my concealer.
I would definitely recommend this product - add it on to your next E.L.F. order, you won't even miss the extra $3. =)

When I first saw this product online, I was skeptical.....but I have very dry skin, and my eye area tends to look cakey with concealer, and I figured I'd try it out. The price was right anyway at $3.

So it comes in a pump. It's decent packaging. It also doesn't over dispense and I find it less wasteful than some pump products. The product itself is is nice. It's creamy. It's very hydrating and its not oily. It has no color, smell or sparkle It applied very nicely under the eye. I applied it after my skincare.

I applied my MAC prolong wear. The concealer I love most but also tends to look dry on me. It actually applied very nice and smooth. So I applied all my make up and went on with my day. You could just use your eye cream for added moisture, but I find when I apply too much of mine, it does get oily, and this did not. So for me, it's better to use the primer.

At the end of a day my concealer looked really awesome still. I had no creases or dryness. It didn't go oily or shiny. So overall, I really really liked it. I've been using it everyday and had no problems. Just a good, affordable little product.
