MAC Technakohl Liner / Wash & Dry
Finish with Technakohl Liner in deep blues and greens, or metal grey with silver. This mechanical pencil-style liner has a formula that’s soft and creamy with intense, rich colour. Blends on application, dries quickly to a long-wearing, no-smudge finish. An easy way to line the top and lower lash line of the eye. When applied at a 90-degree angle, provides a thin precision line. For thicker application, apply at a flat angle.
