This is the *only* mascara Ive ever repurchased in my 38 years of existing on this planet and Im now on my third tube. The first one was a deluxe sample size, a 100-point reward from Sephora, the second was a full-sized version that I bought two months later after liking the sample version so much, and the third one, I just bought a few days ago.
Im frankly baffled that the fan club for this stuff appears to contain so few numbers (only two other reviews here, wha?!), especially now that Ive tried a number of other highly-rated mascaras that had tons more reviews (binned/returned them all for various reasons, including being too hard to apply, being too wet to work with, payoff not worth effort, hurt or irritated my eyes, too clumpy, not volumizing enough, etc., etc.).
Heres the thing
while this isnt going to give you manga-style lashes, or the illusion of fake ones or any other somewhat difficult to achieve style, this is actually a fantastic, all-purpose workhorse that does a lot of things quite well.
From the first day of use, the formula is neither too wet nor too dry (and stays that way for months, BTW). It doesnt clump or flake but it does add substantial volume and length. Its insanely easy to apply (I have no Mad Skillz in this department *whatsoever*) and you do not need lash separators or a curler to achieve worthwhile results. For the amount of effort expended (as minimal as possible, since Im decidedly not a mascara person), this is the one mascara that gives me enough payoff to be worth even bothering with the stuff.
The first full-size tube that I purchased lasted almost six months before I felt the need to repurchase, mainly because I was all like, whoops, wait, arent you only supposed to use these things three months max? I was reviewing my Sephora purchase history which is how I figured out I was five-and-a-half months into the tube.
