I'm usually not a big fan of plastic pointy bristled mascaras or thick formulas but this mascara surprised me in a good way today. No smudging or flaking at all. I did a first impression and review on it if you're interested in watching it.

This mascara is not what I expected it did not volumize or lengthen my lashes. I had to use several coats just to get one decent coat of mascara compared to other brands. This mascara is not it did not volume my lashes at all! This product was $5 but I have purchased other mascaras around the same price that were twice as good. I would never repurchase this product again and I do not recommend it don't waste your money!

I was surprised by how much I liked this. I bought it because Walgreen had a BOGO special on Wet N Wild and I figured it was worth a try for $2. I was shocked by how much I liked it and I plan to repurchase even if it isn't on sale. It didn't flake or clump and is much easier to remove than the Cover Girl Lashblast mascara I was previously using. We all know that we should replace mascara every 30 days but I rarely do because it seems so wasteful. At this price I won't hesitate to replace my mascara every 30 days. Highly recommend!

I was given this mascara by my niece as a gift. Being someone that has used high end mascara brands for many years I wasn't expecting much. Let me just say that I was completely blown away! This mascara is probably one of the best that I have used! I'm so happy just thinking about all the money I will be saving in the future :) at about 4.00 a tube it's a steal. I use my Mac Prep and Prime Lash before I apply this mascara and the results are amazing! Wet n' Wild has certainly stepped up their game. The wand takes a little getting used to and the mascara itself may take a little longer to dry so apply carefully and it will give you beautiful results! Definitely give this mascara a try!

This mascara is AMAZING! I got it as a free gift for doing an instagram challenge with WnW and I am in love with it. Its so perfect for everyday but can be built up for dramatic night looks. All in all 10/10

I've become a mascara junkie this year, trying ones from MAC, Benefit, Maybelline, Too Faced & Sephora brands. I saw this for a low price at Walmart & decided to try it out. The bristles remind me of Benefit's They're Real but way smaller.

Pros: Price, tube, color, adds a bit of volume
Cons: Small bristles, dries out quick

I have tried many mascaras over the years, from cover girl to rimmel, Chanel and merle Norman, Avon, Mary Kay, etc...and I always seem to like wet n wild's line of mascaras the best. I am partial to the MegaProtein by Wet n Wild, but saw this Max Volume Plus the other day and thought I'd try it. I really like it and it was cheap like the other wet n wild choices.

Pros:
Full volume
Dark, long lashes
Doesn't clump
Curls well with a lash curler
Lasts all day, through sweat & tears
Cheap

Cons:
Hard to get off because it is waterproof
Sticky when applying
Takes forever to dry
Brush is oddly shaped (I prefer one size to the brush all around)

Overall I really like this mascara and would buy again!

I bought this a few days ago thinking it would be a good dupe for CG lash blast volume but...nope. It doesn't lengthen, thicken or curl so it's a total waste of 5 bucks. I'm going to return it tomorrow!

Takes multiple tries to coat lashes adequately plus does not create length or volume. Some of the Wet n Wild line are good but this one was a bust. Not recommended.

This is one of the worst mascaras I've tried recently. I purchased it on a whim with a BOGO50% off deal. About the only good things this mascara has going for it is the cheap price and pretty packaging.

Here are the major problems I had with the mascara:

1. Extremely dry formula. It is dry to the point where it makes it had to spread/apply to your lashes. I prefer drier formulas, but this one is too dry.

2. Did not lengthen or volumize. All it really did for my lashes was darken them and added minimal volume.

3. Trying to add layers to get more volume and length only made my lashes clump. This is probably a result of the formula being dry.

4. The bristles on the plastic comb/wand are short. With how dry the formula is, the bristles were almost too short to be able to comb the mascara thru your lashes. A wand with longer bristles may have allowed for a bit better application and allowed for the product to be pulled thru the lashes.

I'd say skip this mascara.
