I will start this review by saying I am no beauty expert. I recently started a new finishing powder and my kabuki brush was too harsh, it was putting way too much on my face. So I went into Ulta to find a new brush. I was directed to this area after deciding the higher end brushes were more than I wanted to spend. I should have asked for more help. This was the shape and softness I wanted, but I did not realize it would add sparkles to my face. I know some people like that, but I was trying to get away from it. Thankfully, Ulta is great about returns and I was able to exchange this for the one I actually wanted.While it wasn't right for me, I will say, it was easy to apply powder to my face with this brush and the bristles were quite soft.

I didn't like this because it picks up too much product and it doesn't apply my highlighter. I try placing it on my cheek bone and it makes the powder go everywhere. I ended up dabbing the product on my face instead...

A good inexpensive brush to pick up. If you're very particular about your brush and application, you might try a better brand. This is just a basic highlighting brush, not used for professionals

I have a love hate relation with this brush. As it claims, it works beautifully for not just highlighting, but with blush, even foundation (or at least for me). I used it with two different foundations and found amazing results. It can be easily used for blush and highlighting. The only complain I have is that the brissels shed. (When using and cleaning time) . not sure if I got a bad one or they are designed liked that, but it really makes me think how long the brush will last. You have to very careful when cleaning the brush for more lasting time.

I actually use this brush as my powder foundation brush and love it. Applies my powder evenly and easily! Very soft!

The price was a bit high but I had the $3.50 off $10.00 or more so it was fine.

I prefer a more precise brush for applying highlight, personally, but this brush works well and helps apply a nice soft layer of highlight that looks more natural and less overdone. Good for the price- all my Ulta brand brushes have been good
