Suggested Usage:
-Use the limited edition Dual-Ended Eye Liner/Smokey Eye Liner Brush for application.
-For a precise line, swipe the Eye Liner Brush across Intense Pigment Liner and apply as close to the lash line as possible, lining the entire length of the lid.
-For a smudged line, use the Smokey Eye Liner Brush. Shades can be used individually, or layered for more depth and dimension.
